Where are you located?

Kai & Skye has a booth location at Liberty Public Market in San Diego, CA. We do not own a physical boutique store. Follow us on instagram to stay tuned for different pop-up events around San Diego! @kai.and.skye
How can I get ahold of you?

Email is the best for of communication. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We have a form to fill out on our "Contact" page.
How long does it take for jewelry to ship?

Generally it takes about 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship in the US. Hopefully long term we will be able to expand!
What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging. EXCEPTIONS: Sale merchandise. To return an item please email kaiandskyeboutique@gmail.com and we will facilitate the return.
What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00 via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
